Tina (Hogan) Hess, 68, of Wheeling, WV passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at Liza’s Place.
Special thanks to the kindhearted and most capable folks that tended to her. They helped her prepare for her most adventurous journey to date.
From around the globe, family, friends, porters, shipwrights, sailors, bus drivers, several artists, at least one Catholic priest, and a small Buddhist community mourn her loss.
