Robert Wayne McClintock, 80, of Moundsville, WV, passed away at home on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 with his loving wife by his side.
He was born June 4, 1945 in Glen Dale, WV, a son of the late Hubert and Buena (West) McClintock. Wayne was a proud U.S. Army Vietnam veteran. Following his military career, Wayne came home to West Virginia and worked many years as a Shuttle Car Operator for Consolidated Coal. Wayne’s faith was an integral part of his life and he was a devoted member of the First Presbyterian Church.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his two brothers, Roger and Dale McClintock.
He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, JoAnn (Ernest) McClintock, who stood by his side with steadfast support and love. Wayne also leaves behind several nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory and carry forward his legacy.
Interment will be held at Riverview Cemetery.
