Norman, JoAnn Treweek died on Friday, January 30, 2026.
She was born on December 18, 1925 in Wheeling, WV the daughter of the late Walter and Margaret Treweek.
Mrs. Norman was a member of Stone Presbyterian Church where she was an Elder, Financial Secretary, member of the Adult Bell Chair and a volunteer for the food cupboard.
She enjoyed reading and was an avid bridge player. She was a member of 3 Bridge Clubs.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Robert “Dyke” Norman in 2012; son, Dr. Robert E. Norman, Jr. in 2013; sister, Margaret “Peg” Weyrauch in 2013; and daughter-in-law, Icena Norman in 2014.
Surviving are a son, James (Sam) Norman of Wheeling, WV; daughter, Lynda Jo (Kenneth) Hill of New Albany, OH; one grandson, Joshua (Claire) Norman; three granddaughters, Lauren (Chad) Riffle, Kristen (Jake) Medors and Patti Nestor; five great-grandchildren, Adelaide Norman, Evie, Nash, and Kolten Medors, and Hanna Eskew; and three great-grandchildren, Amelia, Sophie, and Tanner Eskew.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling, WV.
