Our beloved Rose E. Neider passed away on January 29, 2026, in her hometown of Wheeling, WV. Rose was born on July 17, 1939. She blessed the world with 86 incredible years of her remarkable life. Rose was retired from Ohio Valley Medical Center. She was loved by her daughter Mary Christine (Neider Williams) DePellegrin; sister Pamela J. Neider; grandson Jason (Heather) Williams; great-grandchildren Trent Williams, Taylor Williams (with whom she is pictured), Ethan Williams, and Jason Daniel Williams; and her nieces, nephews, and friends.
Rose’s private arrangements have been entrusted to CARE Funeral & Cremation Services South Wheeling Chapel. There will be no viewing or memorial per her request.
