Katherine Caroline Riggle Wilson, 39, of Salineville, Ohio, passed away Thursday, February 19, 2026, at East Liverpool City Hospital.
She was born December 19, 1986, in Austin, Texas, to Robert Riggle and Barbara Conaway Riggle.
Katherine loved fishing, gaming, and cooking. She was a big animal lover, and most of all she cherished her family.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Della and Glenn Conaway.
Katherine is survived by her mother, Barbara Riggle; her stepfather, David Starr; her father, Robert Riggle; her husband, Randy Wilson; her children, Dominick Wilson, Shawn Wilson, Dallas Wilson, Adriana Wilson, and Eliana Wilson; her brothers, Jesse Conaway Riggle (Tracie) and Rhydian Halliwell; her sister, Rebecca Riggle; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Friday, February 27, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling, West Virginia (304-242-2311).
Memorial contributions may be made to TMC Funding to assist the family with funeral expenses.
Katherine will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her, and her memory will live on in the love she shared with her family and friends.
