Evelyn Marie Huggins Petros, 70, of Wheeling, WV, passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Good Shepherd Nursing Home.
She was born May 20, 1955 in Wheeling, daughter of the late Loyd and Ruth Tukesbrey Huggins.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Ruth Carney; her nephew, Loyd Carney; and her grandmother, Edna Tukesbrey.
Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Susie Hall; her grandchildren, Rashad and Mikia; her sisters, Liz Huggins and Mary Huggins; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and cousins.
Friends will be received on Saturday, March 28, 2026 from 1pm until the time of service at 3pm, at Kepner Funeral Home-Burke Chapel, 2101 Warwood Ave. Wheeling (304-277-2722).
