Foster, Audrey Mae Hill, 85, of Wheeling, WV, passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2026 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Wheeling, WV.
She was born on July 27, 1940, in Wheeling, WV, daughter of the late James Francis and LaVerne Ruth Stoetzer Hill.
Audrey was a member of Fourth Street United Methodist Church in Wheeling, WV where she served as a youth leader for 25 years, a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, and a Past Matron of the Miriam Chapter #1 O.E.S. She was also a leader for 38 years at the WV International Order of Rainbow Girls.
She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and loved singing and musicals.
In addition to her parents, Audrey was preceded in death by her husband, Roger A. Foster, Sr. in 2021.
Audrey is survived by her son, Roger A. “Butch” (Robin) Foster, Jr. of San Antonio, TX; daughter, Meredith (Chris Huff) Fife of Wheeling, WV; granddaughter, Erin Fife; and ten nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Friday, March 27, 2026 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Kepner Funeral Homes, 900 National Road, Wheeling, WV (304-232-2732) where services will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 10 AM with Pastor Gary Rankin officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling, WV. Miriam Chapter #1 O.E.S. will have services on Friday evening
