William Ray “Bill” Hinerman, 63, passed away unexpectedly in Charleston, WV, on May 18, 2026. Bill was born on November 23, 1962, in Moundsville WV, the son of the late Jack and Ruth Ann (Utter) Hinerman.
A proud Navy veteran, Bill is survived by his siblings and other loving family members.
Family and friends will be received on Friday, May 22, from 11:00 am until time of service at 1:00 pm at Altmeyer Funeral Homes Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Ave. The funeral service may be viewed here. Procession to Riverview Cemetery will follow, where Bill will be laid to rest with Military Honors.
