Richard H. Fleming, Jr., 79, of Wheeling, WV, died Monday, June 15, 2026 at Wheeling Hospital.
He was born October 30, 1946, son of the late Richard H. Fleming, Sr. and Julia Terlesky Fleming.
He was a graduate of Triadelphia High School and West Virginia University and was a US Navy veteran.
He is survived by his sister, Judy Wright of Wintersville, OH; nephew, Jason Wright of Maryland; niece, Christine Neimeier of Arizona; and a good friend, Lori Konarski of Wheeling.
There will be no services. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling, will be held at the convenience of the family.
