Darlene G. Martin Nolan, 77, of Triadelphia, WV, passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at her home.
She was born on February 26, 1949, in Wheeling, WV, daughter of the late Helen Martin West.
Darlene was a nurse at OVMC for over 18 years in the operating room and was a drug and alcohol counselor at East Ohio Regional Hospital.
She was a plain good woman who loved being a nurse, taking care of people, and being a counselor.
In addition to her parents, Darlene was preceded in death by her daughter, Theresa Shadle.
Darlene is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, John W. Nolan, Jr., son, David Andrew Nolan (Ebeny), grandson, Brandon Shadle, sister, Audrey LaRue (Harold), and a niece.
Services were held at the convenience of the family with arrangements by Kepner Funeral Homes, 166 Kruger Street, Wheeling, WV (304-242-2311).
