Harry Paul Baltz, 76, of Wheeling, West Virginia passed away on Tuesday July 7, 2026 at Wheeling Hospital.
Harry was born August 15, 1949 in San Antonio, Texas to the late Robert and Irene Koehler Baltz
He was a loving husband, father, brother, “Pap-Pap”, great grandpa, and friend. He shared 56 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Cindy (McKee) Baltz. Together they built a life that was his center and purpose.
He is survived by his wife Cindy,his brother Lee (Lynn) Baltz, his 2 children, Jackie (Matt) Hamm & Robert Baltz. His 4 cherished grandchildren, Alyssa (Brian) Standiford, Robert Lee Baltz, Jake Hamm, & Mea Baltz, his great grandson Braxton Baltz;and his beloved fur baby Peanut.
Harry was a devoted sports fan. He cheered on the Pittsburgh Pirates, West Virginia Mountaineers, and never missed a Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday. Every once in a while he would throw a “horns UP” sign to support the Texas Longhorns. Although West Virginia became home, Texas would always have a special place in his heart.
Harry was a simple man with a huge heart that will live on forever.
There will be no services or contributions per Harry’s wishes.
“I am always with you, a limb has fallen from the family tree that says: Grieve not for me. Remember the best times, the laughter, and the songs. Remember the great life I lived while I was strong”
