White, Charles Richard “Dick”, 92, of 40 Briarwood Drive, Bethlehem, died on Friday, July 10, 2026 at his home.
He was a graduate of the former Warwood High School and West Virginia University with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration. He was a retired accountant of the Treasury and Accounting Department of the former Weirton Steel Corporation.
He was a member of St. Mark Evangelical Lutheran Church and an Army veteran.
Dick was preceded in death by his parents, B. Lee and Frieda Rasel White; and a brother, Edward L. White.
He was a member of Howard Long Wellness Center, Wheeling Lodge #28, B.P.O.E., Weirton Steel Management Club, 25-year Veterans Club of Weirton Steel Corp., life member of the Alpha Kappa Psi, professional business fraternity, past treasurer of the former Warwood Boosters Club, and a past trustee of the St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, and St. Mark Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Dick is survived by a sister-in-law, Wilma Jean Loveland White, various cousins, and many friends in the Wheeling area.
Friends will be received on Thursday, July 16, 2026 from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 2:00 PM at Kepner Funeral Homes, 166 Kruger Street, Wheeling, WV (304-242-2311) with Reverend Sean Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling, WV.
