Jeffrey Fahey

Jeffrey Alan Fahey, aged 67, passed away peacefully on August 16, 2026, at the Shadyside Care Center. Born on June 16, 1959, in Wheeling, West Virginia, he was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother.

Jeffrey dedicated many years of his life to his work at United Dairy, from which he retired with respect and admiration from his colleagues. He was also a proud member of the Teamsters Union Local #697, where he formed lasting friendships and contributed to the community.

He was a devoted fan of both the Steelers and the Ohio State Buckeyes. His enthusiasm for these teams was infectious and brought joy to those around him.

He is preceded in death by his loving parents, June (Whittington) Fahey and Dennis Fahey, his cherished daughter Mandy Fahey, and his dear brother James Fahey.

Jeffrey leaves behind his devoted wife, Diana (Shepherd) Fahey of Shadyside, Ohio, who stood by his side through all of life’s challenges and triumphs. He is also survived by his sons, Matthew Fahey and Mark Fahey, both of Columbus, Ohio, who carry forward his legacy with pride. His brother, George (Patricia) Fahey of Wheeling, West Virginia, and sister-in-law Janette of Wheeling, West Virginia, will fondly remember him as a caring sibling. Jeffrey’s memory will also be cherished by his grandson, Noah Fahey, who brought immense joy to his life.

The family will hold services at their convenience, honoring Jeffrey’s life and the love he shared with those around him. In this time of mourning, they find solace in the memories of his kindness, dedication, and unwavering support.

Jeffrey Alan Fahey will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
