Peggy Sue Kerns, 68, of Wheeling, WV, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at Wheeling Hospital.
She was born on February 3, 1958, in Wheeling, WV, daughter of the late Edward and Mary Baker Kerns.
Peggy was loved by everyone who met her and was always willing to help others. She loved to have fun and was a Catholic by faith.
In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by a brother, Doug Kerns.
Peggy is survived by two sons, Will (Amy) Joseph of McMechen, WV and Jason Joseph of Wheeling, WV; two dogs, Jayde and Chyna; three brothers, Mike Kerns, Bill (Julie) Kerns, and Dave Kerns; and a sister, Joy (Paul) Altman.
At Peggy’s request there will be no services. Arrangements made by Kepner Funeral Homes, 166 Kruger Street, Wheeling, WV (304-242-2311).
