Maura Monica Andronic, 62, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, passed away on October 13, 2026, WVU Medicine, Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, West Virginia.
Born on May 12, 1964, in Romania, a daughter of the late Eugen and Steluta Calbar Andronic.
Dr. Andronic devoted her career to the field of psychiatry, serving as a psychiatrist in her private practice. She was a faithful member of St. John the Divine Greek Orthodox Church in Wheeling, West Virginia and also a faithful member of the St. Nicholas Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Church in Barton, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Christian Andronic.
Survivors include her husband, Mihai Andronic, son; Adrian Andronic, sister; Flavia Lauer, nieces and nephews; Iris Lauer, Nevin Lauer, Livia Lauer, and Francesca Andronic.
Local arrangements have been entrusted to CARE Funeral and Cremation Specialists, 204 West Main Street, St. Clairsville Ohio 43950.
Funeral services will be held on Monday October 19, 2026 at 11am at Dormition Monastery in Rives Junction, Michigan.
