Stormy Gail Miller, 59, died unexpectedly at home in Moundsville, WV, on November 3, 2026. Stormy was born in Parkersburg, WV, on July 10, 1967, the daughter of the late John L. and Donna Mae (Bourgeious) Miller.
Stormy leaves behind her loving children including son Jason, daughter Ella, son Randy, and son Clayton. She will be remembered as “Gigi” by her 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren along with the 50 or so neighborhood kids whom she considered her grandchildren as well. Stormy is also survived by her two sisters Pricilla and Kathy.
In addition to spending time with all of her loved ones, Stormy enjoyed photography and making people smile.
Family and friends will be received on Friday, November 6, from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at CARE Funeral & Cremation Specialists Moundsville Chapel, 1500 Second St. During the visitation family and friends are encouraged to share their stories and memories. Following the visitation, family and friends are invited to 1701 Fish Creek Road in Proctor for a meal and are encouraged to bring a dish to share.
