Patricia Ann Conner, 73, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on March 17, 2026. Patty was born on July 24, 1952, in Glen Dale, WV, the daughter of Harold P. “Slim” Richmond and Mildred “Millie” (Quigley) Richmond.
In addition to her parents, Patty was preceded in death by her step-grandson Christian “C. C.” Day, her brother Harold Richmond, her sister Judy Graham, and her son-in-law Dave Day.
Patty leaves behind her husband of 54 years James B. Conner, daughter Jamie Day of Moundsville, WV; daughter Angela (Jerry) Richmond of Proctor, WV; sister Linda (Jim) Myers of Proctor, WV; and grandchildren CJ Conner, David and Dalton Day; and Emma, Quentin, and AJ Richmond.
Patty worked in healthcare as a CNA during her life. As a cherished wife, mother, Nana, and sister, her greatest joy was her family; she loved spending time with her grandchildren and getting cuddles from her three cats Dudley, Pokey, and Cookie.
Family and friends will be received on Friday, March 20, from 10:00 am until time of service at 1:00 pm at Altmeyer Funeral Homes Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Avenue, Moundsville. Procession to Halcyon Hills Memorial Gardens, where Patty will be laid to rest, will directly follow.
