Vicki Lynn Hughes, 68, of Wheeling, WV passed away on Friday March 20, 2026 at home surrounded by family.
Born on August 28, 1957 in Wheeling, WV, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Mary (Long) Hughes.
Vicki was a beautician, homemaker and a Methodist by faith. She was a member of Short Creek Methodist Church, enjoyed cooking and love to sing.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Donnie Huffman.
She is survived by her children, Neil Huffman, Brad Huffman; siblings Kathy Shilling, Debra K Huffman, Dawna (JR) Funkhouser, Donald (Dava) Hughes, several nieces and nephews and pet “Zeus”.
Friends will be received on Wednesday March 25, 2026 from 1 – 4 pm at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling, WV 26003 (304-242-2311) where services will be held on Thursday March 26, 2026 11 am.
Interment will follow at Short Creek cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to assist with arrangements.
