Diane Marie Moore, born on September 14, 1957, in Wheeling, West Virginia, passed away peacefully in Adena, Ohio, on April 13, 2026, at the age of 68.
Diane dedicated her life to the care of others, working tirelessly as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Her kind and loving nature shone through in her work, where she was a beloved caretaker to many. Diane’s heart was big, encompassing not only her family and friends but also her cherished animals. She was known for her unwavering kindness and her willingness to do anything for anyone in need.
A devoted member of St. Casimir Catholic Church in Adena, Diane found solace in her faith and community. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Billy Ray Moore, and her parents, Richard and Helen Wieczorkowski.
She leaves behind a family who loved her dearly, including three brothers and three sisters, along with many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Diane will also be fondly remembered by her beloved dogs and cats, who were her constant companions.
In memory of Diane’s generous spirit and her love for both her church and animals, donations may be made to the St. Casimir Catholic Church Msgr. Kolesar Fund or to Belmont County Hoof and Paw Animal Rescue. Her legacy of kindness and care will continue to touch lives and hearts for years to come.
