Allen Lee Bulger, born on October 19, 1948, in Barton, Ohio, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2026, at the age of 77, at Forest Hill Care Center in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
Allen was a dedicated coal miner, whose hard work and commitment were evident throughout his career. He was a man of strong faith, identifying as Methodist, and he carried his beliefs with him throughout his life.
He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Betty (Romel) and Raymond Bulger. Allen is survived by his loving children, Louella, Pamela, and Dustin, who will cherish his memory. He also leaves behind his sister, Nancy, and brother, Jimmy, along with several grandchildren who brought joy to his later years.
The family has chosen to hold services at their convenience, honoring Allen’s life in a manner that reflects their personal wishes. Allen will be remembered fondly by all who knew him, and his legacy will live on through his family and friends.
