Thomas D. Collins, 32, of Grafton, WV, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at Grafton City Hospital, Grafton, WV.
He was born on December 31, 1993, in Clarksburg, WV, son of Jennifer Patton Collins and John William Collins.
Thomas was a water technician in the Oil and Gas industry, and a Baptist by faith.
He liked fishing, rap music, riding ATV’s, swimming, and going to the shooting range. He enjoyed goofing off with his brother and dad, and loved spending time with his family.
Thomas was preceded in death by his daughter, Aaliyah Mike; paternal grandparents, Clayton Collins and Rosetta Flowers Collins; maternal grandfather, Charles Patton; two aunts, Lisa Queen and Sharon; and niece, Natalie Collins.
In addition to his parents, Thomas is survived by his maternal grandmother, Jennifer Patton; siblings, John W. (Abby) Collins II, Shannon (Stan Townsend) Collins and their children, William and Cameron Collins, and Jeremy (Taletha Croston) Collins and their children, Darla Wiseman, Ruby Conrad, Jeremy Collins II, Liam Collins, and Paxton (baby on the way); all his nieces and nephews, loving referred to him as “TDOG”; aunts and uncles, Pat (Joanne) Collins and their four children, Paul (Alice) Collins and their four children, Cat Newbrough and her four children; many more cousins; ex-wife, Brittany Collins and her children, Bryson and Kiara Littleton; and Kyle Brown.
There will be no visitation. Services and interment were held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements made by Kepner Funeral Homes, Elm Grove.
