Michael Dale Jordan, born on August 12, 1953, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away peacefully on May 6, 2026, in Wheeling, West Virginia, at the age of 72.
Michael, known to many as a dedicated and hardworking individual, spent his career as a mechanic at the Wheeling Island Hotel Casino & Racetrack. His commitment to his work and his community was evident throughout his life.
He was preceded in death by his father, Glen Jordan; his mother, Ida (Barnhart) Jordan; his sister, Linda Clemons; and his brother, Randy Jordan.
Michael is survived by his loving wife, Patty Jordan; his sister, Glenda Kurner; his brother, Robert Jordan; and numerous nieces and nephews who cherished him dearly. He also leaves behind his beloved fur babies, Abby and Lexi, who brought him great joy.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on Monday, May 11th, from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. at Care Funeral Home & Cremation Specialists, located at 204 W. Main St., St. Clairsville, Ohio.
Michael will be remembered fondly by all who knew him, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
