Tina Springer

Tina Sue Springer, born on September 9, 1963, in Redwood City, California, passed away on May 14, 2026, at the age of 62, at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital.

Tina was known for her love of motorcycles and her enjoyment of heavy and hard work. Her heart was as big as her spirit, and she had a special fondness for children and animals. She was a Christian by faith and member of the First Christian Church (DOC) of Moundsville, WV.

She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas C. Springer; her grandparents, Webster and Amelia Brown, and Clair and Edith Springer; and a special aunt, Elsie Druschel.

Tina is survived by her loving mother, Barbara Springer-Stern, and her step-father, Robert Stern, Jr. She leaves behind her beloved son, Justin Michael Porter of Alaska. Her siblings, Shelia (Richard) Dixon, Eric (Charlene) Springer, and Michael (Katie) Springer, will forever cherish her memory. Tina was a devoted aunt to Andrea Dixon, Stefan Gibhard, Heather Paxson, Thomas (Brentley) Dixon, Natasha Dixon-Wright, Amber (Brandon) Dixon, Cheyne Dixon-Lohr, Karina Springer, Michael Springer, Dominick Doonis, Savannah Springer, and Madison Springer.

She was engaged to her fiancé, Wayne Clark, and was a beloved “Nana” to two little ones, Braylon and Kayann Clark, who brought immense joy to her life.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Friday, May 22, 2026, from 10:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm at CARE Funeral and Cremation, located at 1500 Second Street, Moundsville, WV. The service will be officiated by Rev. Wesley Howsare and will be able to be viewed by clicking the link below.
