Phillip P. Stewart, 45, passed away on Friday, May 22, 2026, at Liza’s Place.
He was born in Wheeling, WV, on August 7, 1980, son of the late Archibald “John” Stewart and Alice Neer.
Phillip was a Christian by faith and was always there for everyone.
In addition to his mother, Phillip is survived by his two sisters, Jamie Neer and Lena Swisher; several nieces; his son, Oliver; daughter, Ivy.
