Lisa Annette Bass, born on August 4, 1961, in Portsmouth, Virginia, passed away peacefully on June 1, 2026, in Wheeling, West Virginia, at the age of 64.
Lisa dedicated her professional life to serving as a Towing Dispatcher, where she was known for her diligence and commitment. Outside of work, she found joy in the world of soap operas, which provided her with countless hours of entertainment and relaxation.
She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Frank Winn and her mother. Lisa is survived by her devoted husband, Douglas Bass, who stood by her side throughout their years together. She leaves behind her cherished children: son Jared Huff and his wife Chelsie, daughter Amber Bragg and her husband Ray, and son Joey and his significant other Brandi. Her legacy continues through her adored grandchildren, Ellie Huff, Madison Bragg, and Lola Bragg.
Lisa is also survived by her loving sister Kathy and her husband Warren, and her brother Frank and his wife Sherry. She will be fondly remembered by her nephew Nathan and niece Sabrina Winn.
