Billie A. Middleton, 79, of Moundsville, WV passed away at Moundsville Healthcare Center on Friday, October 2, 2026.
Billie was born to the late William and Mabel (Galloway) Eckarde on August 2, 1947. I addition to her parents, Billie is preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Victoria H. Applegarth. She is survived by her son, Butch Applegarth of Moundsville, WV.
Billie will be laid to rest with her daughter at Greenwood Cemetery in Wheeling, WV at a future date.
