Sharon Clutter

Sharon Louise Hall Clutter, age 67, of Glen Easton, WV, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2026, at Good Shepherd Nursing Home, after a long and courageous battle with Parkinson’s Disease. Born on August 3, 1959, in New Martinsville, WV,

Throughout her years, Sharon dedicated herself as a Certified Nurses Aide, embodying compassion and hard work in every task she undertook. Her remarkable ability to care for others became her lifelong mission and a testament to her gentle spirit.

Sharon found joy in the art of crafting, often immersing herself in cross-stitching and sewing projects. However, nothing brought her more pleasure than the warmth of her family gathered around the dinner table. A devoted mother and grandmother, her heart was fullest when cooking family dinners and filling her home with laughter and love.

A devout Christian, Sharon was a proud and active member of the Fork Ridge Christian Church, where her faith anchored her life and inspired those around her.

Preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Doris Hall; her loving husband, Paul Clutter; two sisters, Donna Reynolds and Mary Wright; and her sister-in-law, Elizabeth Anderson, Sharon’s legacy of kindness and resilience continues through her surviving family.

She leaves behind her beloved children: Alicia (Justin) Lyons, Tia (Eric) Wright, Pauletta (Jayson) Shabdue, and stepsons, Bill and Paul Clutter. Sharon cherished her five sisters: Cathy Tedrow, Nancy Doty, Judy (Terry) Courtright, Tina (Dale) Williamson, and Carla Hall; her sisters-in-law: Virginia (Cecil) Richmond, Mary Doty, and Marsha Hay; as well as her brother-in-law, Raymond Anderson.

Her grandchildren—Bailey (Hayden) Hoge, Colton (Annie) Lyons, Janelle Addyson, Sawyer Shabdue, Ryley Wright, Paul (Angela) Blake, and Kimberly Rhodes—were her pride and joy, along with great-grandchildren Hudson Hoge and Skylar Rhodes.
