Joyce Ann Pavelich Mosa, 76, of Wheeling, WV passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born November 16, 1949 in Wheeling, daughter of the late Lewis and Alice Baker Pavelich.
Joyce loved her animals, but most of all loved spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters, Linda LaCava and Patty Dunlap; her significant other, Randall “Scott” Robinson; and her brothers-in-law, Brad Mosa, Bobby Mosa, and Bruce Mosa.
Joyce is survived by her daughters, Leah (Richard) Scott, Kerry (Brian) Scott, Melody (Jon) Litman; her former husband, Bill Mosa; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law, Beverly Mosa, Debbie Mosa and Toni Mosa; brother-in-law, Blair Mosa; good friends, Beverly, Lori, Karen, Donnette; and multiple other caring friends.
In accordance with Joyce’s wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements by Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St. Wheeling (304-242-2311).
