Morris Lee Lufft, 66, of Wheeling, WV, passed away on Friday September 18, 2026 at Wheeling Hospital.
He was born on December 24, 1959, in Wheeling, WV, son of the late Harry and Freda Hall Lufft.
Morris was an avid TV watcher, especially westerns and football. He loved touching soft things, especially stuffed animals and moving around in his wheelchair. He was always on the go.
In addition to his parents, Morris was preceded in death by his two sisters, Clara Lufft and Eva Fletcher.
Morris is survived by a sister, Mary Parsons; a niece, Sherry (Brian) Cooper; two nephews, Jerry (Jane) Parsons and James Parsons; three great nieces and two great nephews; and all the caregivers of REM Community Options and Russell Nesbitt Services who were always there for Morris and took special care of him.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 12:00 PM at Mt. Zion Cemetery, 300 Fairmont Avenue, Wheeling, WV with Reverend Margie Carr officiating.
