Brittany “Sweetie” Nicole Hackathorn, 36, of Wheeling, WV, died unexpectedly Monday, October 19, 2026 at home.
She was born July 6 1990, in Wheeling, daughter of Paula Clear and the late Donald Hackathorn, Sr.
Sweetie was an amazing mother, a gypsy soul at heart and she lit up the room when she walked in.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Arthur “Fritz” Brothers; and several grandparents, aunts and uncles.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughters, Riley Donzella and Magnolia Hackathorn; four brothers, Donald and Corey Hackathorn and Travis and Joshua Pritt; five sisters, Kim Vettle, Amber Brothers, Courtney Brothers-O’Connell and Tara and Gabrielle Brothers; best friend, Brittany Oropeza; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
