Lloyd Richard Norris, 77, of Scio, Ohio passed away on October 26, 2026.
Born on June 27, 1949, of son of the late Lloyd D. Norris and Georgia Opal Young Norris.
Lloyd dedicated much of his life to service and hard work. He proudly served in both the United States Navy and the United States Army and was a retired truck driver.
He was a member of the local VFW as well as the Scio American Legion Post 482
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, John Norris.
Survivors include his children; Jacob (Nikki) Norris, Joey Norris, Jen Norris, and Isaiah Norris, siblings; Tom Norris, Dave Norris, Vicki Norris and Scott Norris as well as many grandchildren.
Family and friends will be recieved on Monday November 2, 2026 from 3-7pm at CARE Funeral and Cremation Specialists, 204 West Main Street. St. Clairsville Ohio. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Tuesday November 3, 2026 from 11am until time of service at noon. Full military honors will be presented by the Belmont County Veterans Honor Guard. Interment to immediately follow in Warnock Cemetery, Warnock Ohio.
